To respect the time reserved for each guest, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% service charge.
* No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
